In my practice, I often assist people facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, breakups, and family or relationship conflicts. I also address issues related to self-esteem , jealousy , and problems stemming from breakups .
Recently, I've noticed an increase in cases related to attachment styles , which reflect how past experiences can influence relationships and the way we emotionally connect with others. I work with children, adolescents, adults, seniors , and couples , tailoring each session to each person's unique needs.
My approach is always personalized , as I understand that every human being is unique , and what I seek is to help you find the emotional balance and tools you need to overcome any challenge.

My goal is that, at the end of the process, you can feel satisfied with the progress you have made. I firmly believe in the autonomy of each patient, so my goal is to accompany you throughout the process so that you can feel increasingly capable of managing emotional situations independently . If at any time I believe or believe that the approach we are using is not right for you, I will not hesitate to refer you to another professional who can provide the help you need, always with the intention of ensuring you receive the best for your situation.
What I'm looking for is that, by integrating what we work on in the session, you can feel stronger, more confident, and able to manage life's challenges in a healthier way , achieving the emotional balance you so desperately need.

What are the sessions like?
The sessions are completely tailored to you and your needs. In the first sessions, I'll focus on learning about your history, your current situation, and your concerns to gain a complete and holistic view. From there, we define the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs.
Sessions last 50 minutes, and I usually recommend starting with one session per week . As we progress and depending on your progress, we can space out the sessions to every 15 days or even more, always respecting your pace.
The atmosphere is friendly, professional, and relaxed, aiming to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you can open up and work on your personal issues without stress or pressure.
I work with therapeutic approaches based on scientific evidence , which means that the techniques I use are those that have been proven to be effective in treating emotional problems.
My approach is holistic , meaning I utilize the best of different therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and holistic couples therapy, depending on what best suits you. At the beginning of therapy, we work together to determine the most appropriate approach for you.
In cases of trauma , I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a technique backed by strong scientific evidence that helps process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional impact.
